• From March to mid-December, some trails are only accessible by shuttle bus and some trails may be closed due to weather restrictions, park regulations, or the size of your vehicle on the day of your tour
• In special circumstances, the operator may adjust the itinerary and stops will be arranged at different points for photo opportunities

Cancellation policy

• You'll get a full refund if you cancel at least 24 hour(s) before the activity date (destination local time)
• In case of unforeseen events or extreme weather, the operator reserves the right to cancel the tour. If this happens, you have the option to reschedule

• The booking can’t be changed if it was booked with Klook Pass, under pre-sales or comes with a freebie.
• The booking cannot be changed if the voucher has not yet been issued.
