For Bike / Scooter / Segway
- Participants should be able to ride a bike comfortably. The operator reserves the right to refuse service if the customer cannot ride a bike safely, and no refunds will be issued
Safety / High Risk Disclaimer
- Please be responsible for your personal belongings. Klook / the operator will not be held liable for any lost belongings during the trip
Other Reminders
- The legal height limit of riding a bike is 145 cm. The operator will provide their standard kids' bikes and a selection of seats for infants if this minimum height requirement can't be met
- Please note that luggage can be stored at the meeting point in the operator's office during the tour if needed
- It is a legal requirement for individuals aged 0-15 to wear helmets. Helmets are available for all individuals who wishes to use them
- This tour runs rain or shine
- Child seats are available for children aged 9 months to 5 years old
- Child bike trailers are available for children aged 5-8, who are unable to ride independently. Due to limited supply, please coordinate with the operator prior to your arrival
- Small regular bikes are available for children aged 5-9
