The service was excellent; we were upgraded to a sea-view room and given a late check-out. Additionally, both the afternoon tea and breakfast were delicious, and the environment was comfortable and clean.

Service: 5 stars. The butler provided attentive care, and the service was top-notch. Cleanliness: 5 stars. Convenience of transportation: 5 stars. Close to the subway station. Breakfast: 4 stars. Many choices and decent quality, but given the regular price of 300 yuan per person, the standard should be higher.

Every staff member we encountered at the hotel was friendly and polite. The room was very comfortable, the water pressure and air conditioning were sufficient, the view was beautiful, and the breakfast was super abundant. It's a great place to relax and unwind.

Breakfast: A rich selection of Chinese and Western dishes. Although there was a wait during the National Day peak period, guests were still seated by staff and reminded of the dining time. Cleanliness: The facilities are as well-maintained as new, featuring whole-house smart home automation and an electronic toilet. It is extremely clean. Service: Signature St. Regis butler service, 24-hour beverage service, and two complimentary pressed items daily.

There were a lot of people during the National Day holiday, but things moved fairly quickly; I only waited ten minutes to check in. The room had a nice view, the facilities were quite new, and the breakfast was abundant.

I think this trip was a wonderful experience. The St. Regis Shenzhen Qianhai provided an unparalleled stay; the butler service, room quality, and views all allowed me to truly experience the charm of Qianhai.

From the moment you check in, you feel right at home, and all the staff are exceptionally attentive and detail-oriented. The room's decor and design completely won me over, living up to all my long-held expectations of the St. Regis. As for the St. Regis Bar, it is simply amazing; from the drinks to the ambiance, it's no wonder it serves as a signature of the hotel. I would love to come back next time, and it will definitely be on my shortlist when traveling to other cities.

The St. Regis Qianhai check-in experience can only be described as perfection. The design style blends the aristocratic residence "old money" vibe of the original New York St. Regis with minimalist Oriental elements. The hotel staff's service was also exceptionally warm and attentive. Located adjacent to the Bao'an District Government, stepping outside puts you right at Bao'an District Central Square. Within walking distance, you'll find the Uniwalk shopping mall, and it's also very close to OCT Harbor, the Bay Glory Ferris wheel, and the Bay Opera House. The hotel facilities are brand new. From the 35th-floor lobby and the Chinese restaurant's balcony, you can overlook the entire Qianhai Bay area, and the night view is stunning. Thank you to Hokie and Ivy for your attentive service.
