Our tour guide, Yagyu, was excellent! The itinerary was perfectly smooth, and we were also very lucky that everyone in the group was super punctual for boarding. We completed every attraction without a hitch. Thumbs up! 😍

The itinerary was rich and fulfilling, the scenery was pleasant, and the tour guide Vivi had strong language skills, fluent in Chinese, English, and Japanese. Her introductions to the attractions were clear and understandable. Overall, highly recommended!

The tourist guide, asker is very good in explaining and ensure the timing is followed. This trip will be enjoyable if there is extra time in zoo and nigle terrace. We are with 2 kids and very rushing in the zoo. And could not get to see the nigle terrace because of the time limit and our daughter need to go to tge toilet. it takes time because of the winter layering and slippery road. Overall tourist guide is good, but itinerary is more suitable for without kids. Thank you Asker!

lovely tour experience. Unfortunately we weren’t able to see ningle terrace due to weather conditions, but our tour guide Andy made the experience so much fun and took lots of pictures of us. He was very informative, could not ask for a better guide. the zoo was also fantastic especially during winter.

Booking a day tour in Hokkaido during winter is truly the wisest choice, as there's snow everywhere and public transportation travel times are constantly changing. Having professional personnel lead the way is the most suitable way to travel for the whole family. Although the tour time is always limited, we achieved everything we wanted to see and experience. Thank you to the driver for the safe driving, and thank you to the tour guide Lisa for her professional, patient, thoughtful, and enthusiastic service. It was a very pleasant trip.

Transportation was confront and clean. Furano snow was amazingly beautiful. Tour guide is super friendly and funny.

I love this tour especially Victoria and the driver we always have rest stops for toilets that is good for people my age. she is very organised and instructive that is why the people come back on time and we enjoyed every single time.
