Voucher Validity

  • [Tokyo Skytree Admission Ticket]It is valid only on the date and time specified at the time of booking.
  • [KEIKYU Hanetoku & Tokyo Subway Ticket]The paper ticket can be collected within 90 days from the date of purchase.
  • *Once a paper ticket is collected, the ticket is valid for 6 months.
  • *The valid time will be printed on the ticket when passing through a ticket gate.
  • *If you enter the station and board the train within the valid time, you can still leave the station even if the valid time has passed.
  • *If you do not start using the ticket within the validity period, the ticket will be invalid.
  • *If the exchanged ticket cannot be used at the automated ticket gates, please inform a station attendant. After verification, a new ticket will be issued.
