- Unauthorized departure from the group during the trip without consultation will be regarded as a breach of contract by the tourist. The uncompleted portion will be deemed as a voluntary waiver, and our company will not provide a refund or be liable for any additional expenses incurred by the tourist as a result. The travel agency is not responsible for any safety issues that occur after leaving the group.
