The driver has the right to refuse a reservation if the group size or luggage exceeds the capacity of the reserved vehicle. In this case, no refunds will be issued
A 5-seater car can carry a maximum of 2 pieces of 26-inch luggage; a 9-seater car can carry a maximum of 7 pieces of 26-inch luggage.

According to Taiwan law, all children aged 0-4 must be secured in an approved child safety seat according to their size and age. It is recommended to reserve child seats in advance if you are traveling with children

Special Circumstances: Open during the Lunar New Year holidays with an additional charge of TWD 3000 for all vehicle types.
Pick-up Time: The driver will adhere to the "Pick-up Time" specified by the customer, with a complimentary 10-minute waiting period. Please ensure the accuracy of the specified pick-up time and arrive at the designated pick-up location on time on the day of departure.
In the event of customer tardiness, or if the driver or supplier is unable to successfully contact the customer, it will be considered a no-show. The driver will wait for 10 minutes before departing without providing any refund.
If the driver or supplier receives notification from the passenger, continues waiting, and completes the service, an overtime fee will be charged on-site, calculated from the originally agreed-upon pick-up time at a rate of TWD 300 per 30 minutes, with partial hours rounded up to half an hour (regardless of vehicle type).
The supplier will contact the traveler between 20:00-23:00 (Taiwan time) the day before the scheduled pick-up date. Travelers who provide a Taiwan mobile phone number on the booking page will be contacted via SMS or phone call, while international mobile phone numbers will be notified via email or instant messaging software. If you do not receive pick-up information, please contact the supplier immediately: service@routortravel.com

According to Taiwan law, children aged 0-4 traveling in "cars with 9 seats or less" must use a qualified child safety seat appropriate for their age and size. This is not required for "buses with 10 seats or more." If traveling with children aged 0-4, please reserve a child safety seat in advance, and the supplier will provide it based on the vehicle assigned for the day.
Please note that children aged 0-4 must purchase a seat to ride.
