• Participants should be able to ride a segway comfortably. The operator reserves the right to refuse service if the customer cannot ride a segway safely, and no refunds will be issued

• Reservations cannot be cancelled due to rain
• Reservation for groups of more than 8 people, the guarantee period will be 3 days before the scheduled date

• The use of mobile phones is not allowed while riding the Segway
• A supplement fee of EUR 10 applies to individual tickets for solo private tours and is already included in the listed price
