Witness the volcanic energy of Hell Valley, whose steaming vents and jagged cliffs shaped the game’s misty fortresses. Slow down at Lake Toya, soak in onsen culture, and reflect with Mt. Yōtei in the distance. From Nakayama Pass and Lake Hill Farm, take in the beauty of Mt. Yōtei—the mountain that gave the game its identity, anchoring both the landscape and the story.

Reviews
It just so happened that we were the only two travelers that day, so it was like having a private car, which was a great deal. Our guide and driver, Mr. Li, was very courteous and gave us a general introduction to the attractions. He was also very reliable driving in the snowy season. The weather was good during the day, and the scenery at Hell Valley was great. However, the weather started to deteriorate when we got to Lake Toya. It was a pity that we didn't get to see Mount Yotei at Nakayama Pass due to the weather and the fading light. The two cultural attractions, Date Jidaimura and Hill Lake Farm, were also quite good, both fun and delicious. Overall, the itinerary was rich but a bit tight. It would probably be very suitable in the summer. For those who want to learn about the background of the Yotei-zan "battle demon" and study the topography, although the game content wasn't mentioned, it would be very meaningful to visit after playing the game. It's a great package tour!
Our driver, Mr Li was very nice and friendly. He drove very carefully as safety is his first priority. The Ninja/Samurai village was entertaining with the live shows. Hell Valley was amazing. Lake Toya was very scenic, while Lake Hill Farm has very tasty pizza and ice-cream! Highly recommended!
What a great day! After a day with rain in Sapporo, we got blue sky and sun. Times where always on point and there was enough time to enjoy each location. Guide was helpful with translating to English. 👍
Mr. Li was a great friendly guide, we got to see each beautiful location and thankfully the clouds shifted allowing us to see Mount Yōtei from multiple different locations. I would have maybe allowed slightly longer at the first location Noboribetsu Date Jidaimura, as we didn’t get a chance to see all the shows and look around. Other than that the itinerary was timed well with long enough at each location.
this was so amazing and our guide Huang is a champion ♡♡ 10/10
it was so fun with guide,we been to Noboribetsu Date Jodi Mura watch ninja show, time is just perfect. after that we go to lake Toya , shrine .
As for the itinerary, aside from the complimentary charm, I didn't feel a strong connection to "Mt. Yotei's Soul." I expected explanations related to the game at the attractions, but there weren't any. Also, if the weather is bad, you basically can't see Mt. Yotei (I didn't see it the day I went). Furthermore, the itinerary felt a bit rushed, with short stays at each attraction. I wanted to grab a bite at Lake Hill Farm, but I couldn't. The tour guide was nice, but overall, the cost-effectiveness wasn't great. Of course, this is just my experience on the day I took the tour, for reference only. I also hope that future experiences can be improved. As a side note, although Noboribetsu Date Jidaimura is relatively small, I personally think it's a lot of fun. Some places really did give me a feeling of déjà vu to scenes in the game. The staff are also very much in character. I recommend going! 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻
Date Jidaimura is pretty fun. I really like samurai dramas, but it's a shame I didn't get to see the Oiran show.
Very relaxing and chill trip. Our guide Ms. Yang is very attentive and friendly.
