convenient location! the staff provided very good recommendation to my daily hair care! the whole process was relaxed and comfortable. very recommended for those who would like to try hair spa in Korea.

10 Mins walk from seomyeon station and on 3rd floor. started off with a full detailed scalp analysis. proceed to a room where deep cleansing is done on a chair then moved to a bed where aroma oil was used to massage shoulder and neck and help mange excess sebum. a few minutes of steaming then the scalp is cleanse with a shampoo suitable based on the analysis follow by a cooling tonic. self drying area is provided to style and dry hair. the staff was attentive and helpful to translate. I walked out feeling more relax

I like the whole process, very relaxing. They did a thorough scalp test & gave me the report. According to the dryness of my scalp, they used the appropriate shampoo and tonic during the treatment. I would come back again when I’m in Busan next time

I did a head spa at MAKE LALA in Busan and it was an absolutely amazing experience! The staff were very professional, gentle, and explained every step clearly. The whole session was incredibly relaxing — from the scalp massage to the refreshing treatment, everything felt perfect. The place is clean, cozy, and so comfortable to unwind in. After the head spa, my scalp felt so fresh and my hair felt lighter and healthier. I’m really satisfied with the results and would definitely come back again. Highly recommended if you’re looking for a truly relaxing head spa in Busan!

The hair therapist is amazing. she is very detailed in explaining my hair issues and then going through the options of what works best for my hair. Following the hairspa, it was very relaxing especially the aroma massage, followed by the hair wash. Extremely satisfied and will definitely introduce to my friends. I feel so refreshed and clean from hairspa. Everything was done professionally from start to end.

The area was very clean and it was a calm environment. Language barrier was no issue because she communicated everything through a translation app and she was very kind. The scalp review was in-depth and the treatment was so relaxing. 10/10 recommend. I will probably be back next time I am in Busan.

Highly recommended - Choi provided a thorough analysis of my scalp health, together with a detailed report and then tailored the treatment. i loved the steam, massage (which was sensational) and the halo waterfall. Choi is caring and provides a fabulous service. The studio is easy to find and spotlessly clean. I would definitely come again.
