Reviews
the tour started with mt omuro (your name) mountain, then to the coast and lastly to the fireworks. as the days are shorter during this time of the year, when we reached the coast, it was already quite dark. and the shops at atami shopping street were mostly closed. nonetheless, the 20mins fireworks made up for what we missed. the area which the tour brought us to see the fireworks is not crowded hence the experience is very good. love the fact this tour is to and fro from our hotel, it saves the hassle of traveling to a pickup / drop off point
Atami fireworks were absolutely worth it. Fireworks launched right over the sea – the sound and light show was thrilling for 120 minutes.
Timely and smooth transfer and communications. Driver/guide is warm, knowledgeable and experienced. Scenic ride to Mt Omura. Adequate time for all sights and dinner near fireworks viewing site. Highly recommended.
The driver was very considerate, and the whole trip went smoothly. The itinerary itself covers a relatively long distance, and traffic jams are more likely during consecutive holidays! Be sure to prepare in advance! Mount Omuro is worth a visit!
Having hotel pick-up is really excellent! Although there were only nine people in the group, the car was very comfortable. However, because it gets dark quickly in Japan, it was almost completely dark when we arrived at the Jogasaki Coast. We had to turn on flashlights when we walked to the bridge, and we basically couldn't see anything. If possible, it would be better to start half an hour earlier, but overall I am very satisfied!
This route is perfect for nature lovers who also enjoy fireworks. You can see Owakudani during the day and enjoy the fireworks over the sea at night.
The Atami Fireworks Festival is truly worthwhile. The fireworks are launched close to the shore, offering a stunning spectacle of sound and light. There's never a dull moment during the entire 120-minute show.
The Mount Omuro cable car was under maintenance, but customer service didn't inform the driver, and there was no information on the website, wasting my time.
