Traffic congestion is common in Japan during weekends and holidays, and some attractions may close early. The itinerary may be adjusted or shortened depending on actual conditions. We recommend that you do not make reservations for dinner, flights, or Shinkansen bullet trains, and that you bring snacks and portable chargers. We apologize for any inconvenience.

• We will do our best to accommodate your seating requests, but as this is a shared tour, seating is generally on a first-come, first-served basis. If you have special needs, please let us know in the remarks and we will do our best to arrange a suitable seat for you. The final arrangement is subject to the coordination of the tour guide on the day. We hope you can understand and be tolerant, thank you for your understanding.
• Please be aware that since this is a group tour, there may be guests of other languages traveling with you in the same vehicle. Thank you for your understanding.
• If the number of participants does not reach the minimum number required for the tour, the tour will be canceled, and you will be notified by email of the cancellation 1 day prior to departure.
• In the event of bad weather conditions such as typhoons or snowstorms, a decision will be made on whether to cancel the tour by 18:00 (local time) 1 day prior to departure, and you will be notified by email as soon as possible. Please wear comfortable clothing and shoes and bring your own warm clothing (if needed).
• The above itinerary is for reference only, and traffic conditions are beyond our control. Please avoid planning activities for that evening. We apologize for any delays.
• Our company is not responsible for, and cannot provide refunds or rescheduling due to force majeure factors such as traffic, weather, or poor-quality scenery for photography. Thank you for your understanding.
• Please note that the itinerary or length of stay at each attraction may be adjusted due to traffic congestion or facility maintenance.
• The company will not provide refunds to passengers who abandon the tour midway due to personal reasons.
• Please be sure to arrive at the designated meeting point at the specified time and do not be late. As this tour cannot be changed to other flights or joined midway, if you fail to participate in the day trip due to your own reasons, you will be responsible for the corresponding losses. • Children under 3 years old who require a seat must purchase a ticket, which is the same price as an adult ticket, and must be noted in the remarks.
• Children under 2 years old who do not occupy a seat can participate for free, and this must be noted in the remarks. If it is not noted, arrangements cannot be made. Type of vehicle used: Vehicle will be dispatched according to the number of people. When a small number of people participate in the tour, the driver will also serve as an attendant to provide full tour services. There will be no additional tour leader assigned. Please be aware.
• Weather conditions will affect the best viewing period for flowers or autumn leaves. The tour will not be canceled or refunded for this reason. Thank you for your understanding.
• Because of the large crowds during the flower/autumn foliage season, there is a possibility of severe traffic jams, so it is recommended to bring your own snacks.
• The flower viewing season or autumn foliage season may be slightly earlier or later depending on weather conditions. Once the tour is confirmed, it will proceed as usual regardless of the flowering/autumn foliage situation. Thank you for your understanding.
• Day trips do not include personal travel and personal accident insurance. If needed, please purchase it yourself. Outdoor activities and high-risk sports involve specific risks and dangers.
