The Atour Hotel offers a comfortable environment with new and upscale decor. The rooms are spacious and the air conditioning is excellent, though the mattress is a bit firm and lacks elasticity and support. The shower water pressure is very strong, and the scent of the toiletries, such as shower gel, is very pleasant. The in-room smart assistant, Xiaodu, is responsive and very helpful. Items are delivered by robot, so there's no long wait. Finally, breakfast was more abundant and delicious than expected. The hotel manager was very dedicated and responsible, busy in both the lobby and the breakfast restaurant, and even helped us call a taxi, which we greatly appreciated. We will definitely stay at an Atour series hotel again! 👍👍

Although the hotel is a bit far from Coastal City, it's still acceptable. We were upgraded, otherwise the view would have just been of the office building across the street. Breakfast for children requires an extra charge; it's 49 yuan for children under 1.4 meters, and the variety of food is limited.

The hotel is quite new, simple and tidy. The toiletries are also very exquisite. The only drawback is the inconvenient transportation, as it takes more than ten minutes to walk to the subway station. The hotel was completed just four months ago, so the rooms are new, clean, and spacious, with toilets featuring smart toilet seats. However, the breakfast buffet restaurant is relatively small with fewer food options.

The room was comfortable and clean, and the breakfast options were quite plentiful. However, there were only four high chairs in the restaurant, which was really not enough. Our children had to kneel on adult chairs to eat breakfast. The hotel really should add more high chairs! Also, thank you to Klook customer service for helping to confirm the order on that day.
