Venue Introduction

The venue is located on the bustling Huaihai Middle Road. Passing through an alley, my space is hidden at the end of the alley. It's a place where "great hermits live in the city," yet inside it's a spacious co-working area. Here, you can experience both the alley culture of old Shanghai and see the international and modern side of Shanghai.

Experience Flow

We'll start with self-introductions to break the ice, then begin kneading dough, mixing filling, rolling wrappers, learning how to pinch dumplings, and how to steam them. Afterwards, everyone will share the dumplings they made and take photos as souvenirs.
