  • The SIM card is valid for your selected duration after activation on a 24 hour basis. If you purchased a 3-day SIM card and activated it on 1 Oct at 21:00, it will be valid until 4 Oct 21:00
  • FREE 5 social apps (no internet charges): Facebook Messenger, LINE, WhatsApp, WeChat, and Kakao Talk
  • International call starting at 1 baht/min. Check special rate dial 00400
  • Local call starts 1 baht/min
  • Check remaining balance: * 101 * 9 # call
  • Check remaining add-on: * 101 * 1 * 9 # call
  • Service disruption after inserting the card, please contact the operator's customer service at 1678
  • You can top-up additional credits to this SIM. To check your remaining SIM card balance, you may refer to the instruction manual provided

Can I amend my activity date?

Please check the Terms & Conditions > Cancellation Policysection of your voucher for more information on when your booking is eligible to be cancelled & refunded.

Scenario 1: If your booking is still eligible for free cancellation & a refund, you can simply cancel your booking and make another booking with your desired activity date.

Scenario 2: If your booking is not eligible for free cancellation & a refund, no amendments or cancellations can be made for your activity.

Where can I pick up my Dtac Happy Tourist SIM Card?

You can pick up your SIM Card at any Dtac counter and Klook counter. You can select the counter you want to collect when placing your order on Klook.

You will only be able to redeem your SIM card at the location you have chosen when making your booking. Please make sure that you've stated your details correctly to avoid disappointment.

Will I have to show my identity documents to collect my SIM Card?

No. Simply present either a printed or mobile voucher to redeem your SIM card.
