• A group will be formed only when the number of registered people reaches 3. A pre-departure confirmation notice will be sent 5 days before the event to confirm whether the group will be formed or transferred.
• Anyone holding an electronic ticket or electronic serial number voucher must go to the No. 4 Dependent House [Orlax Flower Fragrance] in the Cultural and Creative Park of the Military Dependents' Village in Matsu New Village to cancel the electronic ticket; the cancelled electronic ticket and electronic serial number will not be refunded.
• Each ticket can only be used on the same day. The ticket will be invalid immediately after the expiration date and cannot be refunded or exchanged.
• Please keep the ticket properly. If it is lost, damaged or expired, it will not be reissued or replaced.
• If you need to refund the ticket, please go to the original ticket purchase channel 7 days before the purchase. It will not be accepted after the deadline. Please refer to the refund regulations of the original ticket purchase channel for the refund method.
• The event does not accept on-site purchases. This event is limited to online tickets only.
• If there are any changes to the exhibition business hours and regulations, please follow the on-site or [Matsu New Village Military Village Cultural and Creative Park], [Orlax Flower Fragrance] official fan page announcement. If there are any issues not covered in the above matters, the organizer reserves the right to interpret the event.

Notes

• The organizer does not provide luggage storage services and is not responsible for personal property losses. Please keep your personal belongings and valuables properly.
• There is no toilet in Orlax Flower Fragrance. Please go to the Matsu New Village Military Village Cultural and Creative Park to use the toilet before entering the store to eat or enter the park or exhibition site.
• Eating, chasing, playing, smoking, chewing gum and betel nuts are prohibited in the "Matsu New Village General Theme Special Exhibition" exhibition venue. Please do not bring food, drinks, pets (except guide dogs), long-handled umbrellas, any prohibited items and other dangerous items determined by staff into the venue.
• It is forbidden to pat or touch the exhibits and display cabinets in the "Mazu New Village General Theme Special Exhibition" exhibition hall. If there are any damages to the exhibits and the related settings of the exhibition hall, compensation shall be paid according to the price.
• Please follow the relevant regulations and instructions of the staff for visiting the "Mazu New Village General Theme Special Exhibition". If you fail to follow the instructions and have no intention to improve after persuasion, and cause injuries, damages, losses and other disputes, the organizer will not be responsible for any related responsibilities, and the organizer has the right to ask you to leave the venue without returning or compensating the expenses.
• There are designated staff in the "Mazu New Village General Theme Special Exhibition" exhibition hall to maintain order in the venue. If you find any suspicious people or unidentified objects, pick up lost items, or feel unwell, please immediately notify nearby staff for assistance.
• If there are any changes in the event time and regulations, please follow the on-site or [Mazu New Village Military Village Cultural and Creative Park], [Orlax Flower Fragrance] official fan group announcement. If there are any matters not covered in the above matters, the organizer reserves the right to interpret the event.

【About changing clothes and makeup】

• Limited time for changing clothes: Each guest will be arranged to complete makeup and hair and change clothes at a fixed time. Please be sure to report on time. Latecomers may affect the makeup process or lose some photo time. Please forgive me.
• Cheongsam style will be selected by staff: In order to maintain a smooth process, the cheongsam style will be selected by on-site staff according to the size and style of the site. Self-selection, trial and replacement are not accepted. Please understand that this event is not a customized cheongsam service.
• The event change clothes and makeup will be carried out in another independent room. There are screen partitions on site to maintain basic privacy and comfort, so that each guest can change clothes with peace of mind. However, the space is not a fully enclosed private dressing room. Please consider your own needs and feelings. If there is any inconvenience, you are welcome to discuss with the staff on site for assistance.
• Clothing and accessories belong to the organizer: The clothing and accessories provided by the event are only for use on the day of the event. Please do not take them out or damage them without permission; if they are damaged or destroyed, you must pay the price.
• Bring your own clothes to participate in the photoshoot: If you wear your own clothes, please confirm with the organizer in advance, and no discount will be given on the ticket price!

【About meals and dietary preferences】

• The menu is a fixed set meal: The meals are pre-designed meals, including tea, desserts and snacks, etc., and the menu cannot be changed or customized at the last minute.
• Please inform in advance for special dietary needs: If you have food allergies or special dietary needs (such as vegan, ovo-lacto vegetarian, taboos), please note it when registering. The dishes cannot be changed on the day of the event.
• All meals are made on site in limited quantities: If you are absent or late for more than 30 minutes, the meal may not be reserved, and no refund or supplementary meal will be provided. Please cooperate.
• The dining time cannot be changed: The dining time for each session has been fixed. Please follow the instructions of the on-site staff to take your seat. If you are late, you will not be able to postpone or supplement your meal.

【About Flower Arrangement Course】

• This activity is designed to combine the beauty and healing of flower arrangement experience with leisurely afternoon tea time. It is recommended to participate in the whole process to get the most complete experience.
• If you need to leave early or do not participate in flower arrangement, please inform the organizer in advance so that we can prepare the packaging materials and process arrangements in advance.
• Please make packaging requests such as bouquets or materials as early as possible. We cannot handle a large amount of packaging at the same time during on-site teaching. Please understand and cooperate.
• Space and seats are limited. If you have special needs (such as mobility difficulties or dietary restrictions), please inform us in advance.
• Flower arrangement is not just handmade, but also a time to talk to yourself and nature. There is no competition or pursuit of perfection here. We just hope that everyone who comes here can slow down and feel the beauty of life.
