Easy to use and very reliable. Battery will last the while day just charge it 4-5 hours (when you get home at night after tour). The lady in the KIX counter will help you set up the device.thanks klook!
It has a fast and consistent connection as we used it when we were in the different prefectures of Japan (Osaka, Tokyo, Nara, Kyoto, Fuji etc). I even preferred it over the wifi of our hotel in Osaka. Just make sure that you have your powerbank so that you can charge it, for its battery life last for a maximum of 7-8 hours. Also, its claiming area is a bit difficult to locate upon our arrival, so you can ask the information personnel to assist you if ever you also encounter the same challenge.
Having portable wifi is very handy in tokyo. We found it handy in getting info about the places we want to go and check train routes. The portable device was easy to carry and it has fast connection. We got to post photos on social media in a jiffy. The klook voucher gave us a good deal. Thanks klook! Our Japan trip was a blast!
The EasyGo stall was easy to find in Narita Airport and it was convenient to have a wifi available..helped me use google maps like which train to use, how to find our hotel etc. It's a must to have internet connection. Though there are wifi spots, in some places it was hard to connect.
Easy and quick internet access. Just be aware there is a power save setting on the device where it goes idle if no phones are connected, just switch it off if it makes it easier
Pick up process was super duper easy. It is located at the arrival floor. It is not hard to miss at all. Wifi was fast and available throughout Tokyo.

Japan is a fantastic country. We found the people to be extremely friendly, very very hardworking and punctual. it is superlative country and we would most definitely like to visit the country again, God willing!
Rented the 4G pocket Wifi for four days. The pickup location was very accessible and easy to find. It was very useful especially in navigating our way to beautiful places in Tokyo. With a long lasting battery and can connect more than 2 devices.
