Shanghai + Hangzhou + Suzhou + Wuzhen 5-day 4-night group tour

We went on an impromptu trip to Shang Hai and purchased the 5D4N package and was very impressed with the price, and service. Our tour guide, Xiao Tang, was very professional, diligent and caring throughout the trip. I find her a very sincere person and easy to talk to. She was also very knowledgeable sharing the history of all the places we went to. Thanks to her that the entire trip was so comfortable for us. Thanks Xiao Tang, kudos! ❤️❤️

This trip was so wonderful & enjoyable even though time was limited due to May 1st China Labour holidays. All places visited was so scenic & beautiful especially WuZhen. Hotels provided are mostly 5stars, very comfortable. Huangpu night cruise is a must to experience the classic Shanghai city iconic night view. Sailed by the glowing Bund & the beautiful reflection on the water was so amazing. I wanted to give a big thanks *5stars* to 小王@克洛伊, our guide for 4 days 3 nights touring Zhejiang province, a very well organised & responsible guide who always check on all members to make sure all are safe. Also wanted to thank 星星, our local Shanghai guide. This trip is highly recommended to everyone. Thank you again.

Tour is mainly by bus with a pack and tight itinerary and expecting plenty of walk to cover the venue. Chinese Speaking guide is good and very accommodating. Kudos to the guide 忆芬芳. Each venue will have different people joining so expect varied tour group.

I was very fortunate to meet Pan Chunli, a tour guide who was not only knowledgeable but also humorous. From pre-trip communication and transportation to the thoughtful itinerary and detailed introduction of cultural landscapes, architectural features, and historical stories, I gained so much and created wonderful memories of this trip! The tour guide in Shanghai was also attentive and answered all questions. I would definitely join this kind of trip again if I have the chance! I was also able to stay in a hotel with a great value for the price.

Visiting two water towns is sufficient. Wuzhen West Scenic Zone has beautiful scenery. You can remove Xitang Ancient Town; there's no point in going there. This way, we can free up more time to explore Songcheng. Songcheng tickets aren't cheap, so we shouldn't only spend about 3.5 hours there. Watching the "Shanghai: A Love Through the Ages" show takes up 1 hour, and we'll need to quickly eat dinner there too. Some hotels don't have any food options nearby in the evenings. I have no objections to the other attractions.

This time, I joined a tour led by tour guide Xie Fabing. Ms. Xie provided excellent service and was very kind, with great communication skills when explaining things! She was able to provide detailed explanations of history, current events, local cuisine, and more, making it easy to understand the stories behind each attraction, which made it well worth visiting. Even when some parts of the itinerary couldn't be followed, the tour guide was able to coordinate promptly to ensure all group members arrived safely. However, China is truly vast, and many locations are quite far apart, so we had to depart very early each day, and the time for packing and breakfast felt a bit rushed.

The tour was amazing! We got to learn a lot about different cities and its cultures/history. The tour guide was very professional, kind, patient, and explained everything really well :) I definitely would join future tours with them!

This time, I chose this Klook tour for my trip to Shanghai, and the itinerary matched what was on the form. Our tour guide, Xie Fabing, was very kind and always did his best to help us when we encountered difficulties. We are very grateful! 🙏 This tour was a shared-car itinerary, so the tour members might be different on the first and second days. It was quite special to see the characteristics of people from different places. 😂

This is a great tour. Unlike typical tour groups that rush through attractions, there are only 2 to 3 attractions each day, allowing for plenty of time and free activities. The tour guide was also excellent, specifically Jiang Yang, who provided very detailed explanations and warned us about potential scams to avoid. He was helpful in resolving issues. A very good trip.

Our tour guide, Damin, was very kind and friendly. The hotel arrangements for the itinerary were just right. However, the pace of the group was a bit fast, and the bus drop-off and pick-up points were sometimes far from the attractions, which was a bit inconvenient for older tourists. Aside from that, our family had a very enjoyable time. This was a value-for-money tour package.
