• The tour guide will inform you of the meeting time and location approximately 1 day in advance. Please be sure to arrive on time, as we will depart promptly to avoid delaying other guests. We will not wait for latecomers. Guests who do not arrive on time due to their own reasons will be responsible for the full cost of the tour.
• Please bring your valid ID on the day of the tour.

Booking changes policy

• Change are allowed until 24 hour(s) before activity starts
• The booking can’t be changed if it was booked with Klook Pass, under pre-sales or comes with a freebie.
• The booking cannot be changed if the voucher has not yet been issued.
• Bookings made using SG Culture Pass or Taiwan Culture Points cannot be changed.

Usage validity
