I was extremely satisfied with my stay! From the moment we drove through the gate, the security guard verified that we were guests, which made us feel very safe. After parking, staff proactively took our luggage to the lobby. When it was time to check in, we simply sat in the lobby while the staff handled everything. The butler took our luggage to the room, photographed it, and sent it to us for confirmation – the attention to detail was excellent. We were added to a butler group chat upon check-in, and they were always responsive and helpful, really maximizing the emotional value! The hotel is newly opened, and the facilities are excessively new, and it’s obvious that everything is thoroughly cleaned and inspected before each stay. The beach is only accessible to guests, so it’s not crowded and feels safe. The hotel offers a complimentary yacht tour, but if you're easily bored, you might want to skip it; it's basically a 45-minute boat ride. There are already many online reviews, but some things might not be mentioned. What impressed me the most was that a few days before our stay, the Dapeng New District and the entire city of Shenzhen experienced a "red rainstorm" (the highest level in mainland China), which hadn't happened in many years. I saw videos and reviews from other guests online, and I knew that the hotel, built on a hillside, had been affected by flooding and water damage, looking severely damaged. I even called to confirm and was worried that our experience would be subpar. However, when we arrived, it had been restored to 99% of its original condition; only the stream had a bit of debris. I was incredibly surprised. The hotel has a large staff, and everyone, from top to bottom, is extremely polite, which is rare. It's evident that the owner is willing to invest in training and cater to the needs and feelings of the guests. The only two drawbacks are the inconvenient location and that some rooms require climbing dozens of steps. However, this is acceptable considering that you don't need to leave the hotel for meals (the restaurant's dinner prices are basically at cost, but the food, atmosphere, and live band are top-notch, and there are surprise fireworks, which I believe were arranged for guests having a seaside candlelight dinner), and the staff helps with luggage from beginning to end. In conclusion: Expensive, but worth it.
