• This product's destination is at a high altitude. The climate in high-altitude areas is dry, with strong sunlight and strong ultraviolet radiation. It is recommended that guests bring sunglasses, sun hats, sunscreen, lip balm, and other items. There is a large temperature difference between morning and evening in high-altitude areas, so please prepare long-sleeved clothing, trousers, and warm clothing. • The attraction/venue reserves the right to decide whether to provide complimentary items based on its capacity and weather conditions. You may choose to participate or not.
• When traveling on weekends and holidays, return times may be delayed due to congestion at scenic spots/venues, on roads, and with traffic. To avoid unnecessary losses, we do not recommend booking major transportation (such as flights, trains, ferries, etc.) for the same day as your return.
• During the actual trip for this product, the service personnel and driver may make appropriate adjustments to your itinerary based on weather, traffic, and other conditions (such as adjusting the order of visiting attractions/venues, changing the meeting time, etc.) to ensure the smooth progress of the itinerary, provided that the number of attractions/venues is not reduced and your consent is obtained.
• Please arrive at the designated boarding location at the time agreed upon with the tour staff. Punctuality is essential to avoid delays for yourself and other travelers. • During your tour, some scenic spots/attractions, venues, restaurants, rest areas, and other locations may have shopping venues that are not arranged by the travel agency. Cancellation policy

• You'll get a full refund if you cancel at least 24 hour(s) before the activity date (destination local time)
• In case of unforeseen events or extreme weather, the operator reserves the right to cancel the tour. If this happens, you have the option to reschedule or request a full refund
• Be aware that the approval of reschedules, amendments or refunds are subject to availability
• Refunds or amendments can't be issued if: Participants arrive late or don't arrive at all

Booking changes policy

• Change are allowed until 24 hour(s) before activity starts
• The booking can’t be changed if it was booked with Klook Pass, under pre-sales or comes with a freebie.
• The booking cannot be changed if the voucher has not yet been issued.
• Bookings made using SG Culture Pass or Taiwan Culture Points cannot be changed.

Eligibility

• Due to different standards for scenic spots/venues, children's prices only include a seat and do not include admission fees. Tickets need to be purchased according to the scenic spot's policy.
