• The tour guide will contact guests by phone or SMS around 18:00-20:00 the day before departure. If the tour guide has not contacted you by 22:00, please contact our staff in time. • Pick-up area for out-of-town guests: South of the North Third Ring Road, west of Zhongzhou Avenue, north of the South Third Ring Road, and east of the West Third Ring Road. Guests can get on and off the bus at the nearest location along the way. Meeting points: 06:40 at Fucheng No. 8 Hotel at the train station, 07:20 at Zijingshan Department Store, 07:40 at the Youth Palace. The tour guide will inform you of the meeting time and location approximately 1 day in advance. Please keep your communication channels open and be sure to arrive on time on the day of the tour.
• Our agency reserves the right to adjust the order of the itinerary without reducing the number of attractions. In the event of delays or changes to the itinerary due to force majeure or the tourist's own reasons, our company will not be liable for any losses or responsibilities arising therefrom, and any costs incurred shall be borne by the guest.
• This package is a group tour for individual travelers. The vehicles will depart at a set time, so please understand if there is a wait during assembly.
• If a tourist voluntarily abandons the tour or leaves the group without authorization for personal reasons, it will be regarded as a breach of contract by the tourist.
