• 3 days before departure: Contact via email (provide contact phone number, add WeChat, etc.), please check your inbox carefully;
• 1 day before departure 20:00-21:00: Staff will contact you through WeChat to inform you of the specific boarding time, pick-up location, and vehicle number;
• 1 day before departure 21:00 and later: If you have not received contact, please proactively contact the registration point.

⏰ Gathering Information

• Pick-up time: Approximately 7:30-8:30 am (may be earlier during Golden Week/holidays, subject to notification 1 day before departure);
• Pick-up location: Hotels on Xiamen Island (Siming District / Huli District), some hotel guests need to walk to the nearest meeting point to board the bus, those near the airport and Wuyuan Bay need to go to the designated location to board the bus;
• It is recommended to book a hotel on Xiamen Island (Siming District/Huli District) in advance for convenient pick-up;
• Note: A Mandarin-speaking tour guide will lead the trip; keep your mobile phone accessible on the day of departure. You will be responsible for any additional costs incurred due to lateness or loss of contact leading to missing the bus.

🌟 Warm Tips

• Itinerary Adjustment: Order/time is for reference only, and will be flexibly adjusted in case of force majeure, only unexpended expenses will be refunded.
• Return Instructions: Team tickets must be used on the same day to enter and exit the island at the same time; those who leave the group early or stay overnight on Gulangyu Island need to purchase a return ferry ticket of 18 yuan/person by themselves;
• Travel Preparation: It is recommended to wear comfortable walking shoes, light clothing, and bring a small amount of drinking water;
• Special Populations: Those over 65 years old need to be accompanied by family members and sign a "Health Certificate", those under 18 years old need to be accompanied by family members;
• Boarding Instructions: Please fasten your seat belts while the vehicle is moving, do not walk around, the co-pilot seat, the first row guide seat and the middle position of the last row of the bus are prohibited from sitting and placing luggage.
