• As this is a group tour, there may be guests from other countries and language backgrounds traveling with you.
• Regarding seating arrangements, the principle of first-come, first-served applies. Guests who experience motion sickness are requested to arrive at the meeting point early.
• For 1-13 people, a small group with a driver-guide; the driver will not leave the vehicle to accompany. For 14-49 people, a bus tour with an independent guide. The actual arrangement will be adjusted based on the number of participants on the day of departure.
• If you need to carry luggage, please make a note in the special requests, and customer service will contact you.
• Baggage fee is JPY2000 per piece, cash to the driver or guide on the day.
• The journey is long, so it's recommended to bring your own light refreshments and water.
• On weekends and holidays in Japan, you may encounter traffic jams, attractions closing early, and other situations during your trip. The itinerary may be reduced or shortened based on the actual situation. To avoid subsequent impacts caused by traffic jams, it is recommended that you do not book dinner or rush travel plans for the same day.
• Please ensure that the communication app you have reserved can contact you during your trip to Japan. Vehicle and guide information for the next day's trip will be sent to your email before 8 PM on the day before your departure. Please check it (it may be in your spam folder). To ensure a smooth trip, please be sure to contact your guide or driver in a timely manner.
• 5-8 seater car: Toyota Alphard; 9-14 seater car: Toyota HAICE or equivalent; 18-22 seater car: small bus; 22+ seater car: large bus. The above vehicles are for reference only, and the actual vehicle will be adjusted according to the number of people in the group on the day.
• In case of inclement weather such as typhoons or blizzards, a decision on whether to cancel the tour will be made 1 day before departure (18:00 local time), and you will be notified by email thereafter.
• Our company is not responsible for the inability to join a tour or poor quality of scenic photos due to force majeure factors such as traffic or weather. Refunds or rescheduling are not possible. Thank you for your understanding.
• No refunds will be given if a traveler abandons their itinerary midway due to personal reasons.
• Please be sure to arrive at the designated pick-up point at the specified time. Do not be late. As this itinerary cannot be transferred to other shifts or joined midway, if you are unable to participate in the day trip due to personal reasons, you will be responsible for any corresponding losses.
• If the itinerary is terminated due to force majeure factors such as weather conditions or natural disasters after the trip has started, a refund will be processed for the unfulfilled itinerary based on the actual costs incurred. However, additional expenses such as return transportation costs or accommodation costs incurred locally must be borne by the traveler.

Vehicle & luggage info

• The operator has the right to refuse a reservation if the group size or luggage exceeds the capacity of the reserved vehicle. In this case, no refunds will be issued

• You'll get confirmation within minutes. If you don't see any confirmation, reach out to our customer support.

Cancellation policy

• You'll get a full refund if you cancel at least 24 hour(s) before the activity date (destination local time)
• In case of unforeseen events or extreme weather, the operator reserves the right to cancel the tour. If this happens, you have the option to reschedule or request a full refund
• Refunds or amendments can't be issued if: Participants arrive late or don't arrive at all
• The activity will be rescheduled if there is not a minimum of 4 participants. If this happens, you'll get a rescheduled time or refund
• Full refunds will only be issued for unsuccessful or rejected bookings

• The voucher is valid only on the specified date (and time if applicable)

Eligibility

• Free for children aged 0-2 as long as they will not occupy separate seats
• Children aged 3+ will be charged the same rate as adults
• Children under 3 years old who require a seat must purchase a ticket at the same price as an adult, and a remark is required.
