Kurokawa Onsen & Tofu Cuisine Kissho 1-Day Onsen & Gourmet Tour

For travelers who travel independently and without self-driving, participating in this one-day tour is a great choice! Although there was no tour guide this time, the information in the itinerary was quite clear; the lunch arrangement (auspicious tofu) was a healthy meal and the portion was quite sufficient! Purchase a round hot spring immersion hand shape at the tourist service center, and freely choose to go to two hot springs of different styles to experience a semi-open-air hot spring, which is very relaxing! There are many shops on the small street, but you need to pay attention to whether they are open that day. Finally, buy a handmade ceramic cup as a souvenir to end this one-day trip to Kurokawa Onsen! The only drawback was that it was raining that day and there was still some residual snow on the stairwell, making the road slippery and a little dangerous.

Review of one day trip to Kurokawa onsen from Kumamoto. Book a bus with lunch through Klook (no guide and not including Onsen hopping pass 1,500 yen). It is recommended to book at least 3 days in advance because you have to wait for the bus booking confirmation email from Klook. There will be only one round. - On the way there, you can choose to take the bus (the destination bus says Yufuin) at bus stop number 7 in front of Kumamoto station near The new hotel Kumamoto at 8:33 a.m. or choose to get on at Sakuramachi department store or Kumamoto international airport. It will stop at Aso train station for 10 minutes to use the restroom. Or take a picture with Usopp (the driver will count the number of people on the bus all the time before leaving) - Arrive at Kurokawa Onsen at around 11.20 am. You can have lunch at Tofu Kissho restaurant, opposite the Tourist Information. The shop will prepare the 01 Tofu set take menu for us in advance. I recommend it, it is very delicious. - On the way back, take the bus at 16.25 pm. Arrive at Kumamoto station at around 19 pm. Note: The get off point for the bus going from Kumamoto -> Kurokawa Onsen will be a small archway (this stop the bus will go to Yufuin / Beppu next) and the get off point for the bus returning from Kurokawa Onsen -> Kumamoto will be a large archway (this stop the bus comes from Yufuin / Beppu and goes to Kumamoto). Both stops will be on opposite sides, diagonally across from each other. You can see the bus stop on the opposite side from afar.

The experience was great, the Obsens good, surprised with the Japanese traditional set meal, that was a super ++ and the village itself is worth the visit even just for the vibe, loved it!

Although the journey was long, with a three-hour bus ride each way (including a restroom stop at Aso Station), the atmosphere at Kurokawa Onsen was fantastic. The onsen-hopping pass was a great deal; we enjoyed two onsen before happily boarding the return bus. The ticket instructions were very clear, which was much appreciated.

This is a tour without a guide, but the driver will check the name. Lunch is on your own and it is easy to find. We went on a weekday, so it was a bit deserted. However, if you just want to take a bath, you must choose a weekday. The journey is long and it took more than three hours. The seats on Japanese buses are very small (am I too fat!?) People who like hot springs can choose to stay overnight

The experience was good. The bus will stop at Aso Station for 10 minutes on the way. You can get off and check in. Kurokawa is beautiful and the tofu lunch arranged is delicious.

Departing from platform 6 at Sakura-machi bus terminal, the buses are punctual and convenient. The tofu lunch was delicious, and dining in the traditional house was a unique experience. Be careful to note that the bus stop for the return trip is on the opposite side of the street. The driver takes roll call, which is reassuring.

The driver arrived on time, showed the paper order or mobile phone screen, and checked the name, number of people, and destination. When you arrive at Kurokawa Hot Spring, you can first go to Fengzhisha to buy hot spring baths and a place to eat - Tofu Jixiang; it is really all related to tofu, I really recommend it!

The itinerary includes bus reservations and lunch, saving you the trouble of finding a car yourself, and the overall price is affordable. Lunch includes tofu dishes, among which the ice cream is the most delicious, you must try it.

The itinerary is good, it would be better if we stayed longer. The transportation service is good and the driver is punctual and courteous. The scenery is beautiful and the lunch is rich and delicious.
