My wife and I had a wonderful stay at Zhangjiajie and greatly enjoyed this 5-day tour package. It is greatly thanks to our guide Ah Xue who was excellent throughout. She is very nice, helpful and proactive. She really took care of all of us in the group. We have been able to visit the places that were on our wishlist. Although the weather was foggy and rainy, we discovered another charm to the various places that we visited. Nice trip with great tour guard 阿军。But the itinerary is different from what is stated. short of a lunch as indicated for last day at Fenghuang old city. contacted the tour operator Sally. she is very helpful and responsive. she helped to apply for compensation but till now not refunded yet. I booked high speed train from Changsha to Zhangjiajie @10am. returned I booked 2pm from Fenghuang to CHANGSHA. the plan goes smoothly. All hotels are nice and clean. recommended. itinerary:

I made a mistake in booking this tour thinking that it is an English speaking tour, when I arrived, it's actually a Chinese speaking tour. it's not the fault of the tour guide, but Klook did not make it clear that this is a Chinese speaking tour. However, the tour guide was very accommodating and all the other people in the tour were very gracious of doing the translating for me. The itinerary was really good. Overall, even though I'm in the Chinese speaking tour, I didn't feel I was left out.

- There are many monkeys in the Zhangjiajie National Forest Park scenic area. Please do not approach the monkey troop closely, and do not touch the wild animals on the mountain to avoid injury incidents.
- Please do not climb arbitrarily within the scenic area. After entering the scenic area, transportation between attractions is entirely provided by free eco-friendly shuttle buses within the scenic area; it is not a dedicated vehicle for a single tour group. There are numerous visitors in the scenic area, so please be sure to gather at the location designated by the tour guide, do not get separated, and do not leave your belongings behind on the eco-friendly bus. During peak seasons, there are many visitors and queuing frequently occurs. Your understanding is appreciated.
- Tianmen Mountain has a large crowd during peak seasons, and queuing may occur during ticket inspection, entry, and transfers. Please wait patiently, and the tour guide will arrange entry at the earliest opportunity.
- Because Tianmen Mountain strictly enforces a real-name ticketing system, visitors must carry their original ID documents, and students over 18 years old must carry their student IDs. If tickets cannot be collected and entry is denied due to incomplete documents, visitors must repurchase tickets at the listed price.
- Keep your valuables with you to prevent loss from affecting your pleasant travel mood.
- Please try to wear hiking sports shoes and bring rain gear.
- Please do not walk around casually during the bus ride.
