Namhae Private Taxi Tour

This was a trip to Nankai for the first time, and with limited time, I had many worries, but I was able to get to all the places I wanted to go smoothly! Our driver, Mr. Kim, was very attentive and guided us, Japanese speakers who aren't fluent in Korean, in an easy-to-understand manner. He also took many wonderful photos for us! I was truly grateful that he was so considerate about our limited time. It was a very enjoyable trip! My friend and I are already talking about coming back next year, and if we do, we would definitely love to use your charter taxi service again!

My main purpose for this trip was to visit Boriam Temple, and I decided to charter a taxi to tour Namhae County as well. It turned out to be an incredibly efficient and wonderful experience. The driver was particularly kind. I took an express bus from Busan Seobu Bus Terminal at 6:20 AM to Namhae Bus Terminal, and the driver was already there waiting for me, so we met immediately and headed straight to Boriam Temple, which was my primary destination. Normally, one would take a local bus from there to the first parking lot, transfer to a shuttle bus to the second parking lot, and then walk, which takes a considerable amount of time. However, because I chartered a taxi, I was able to save a lot of time, which was great. I had also visited Namhae Bus Terminal in May, but I canceled my plans due to rain. This time, the weather was beautiful and clear, allowing me to enjoy the magnificent scenery. Although the walk to the temple involves some uphill and downhill sections, even an elderly person like myself managed it, so I highly recommend visiting. Among the other places I toured, the Skywalk, which is nearby (though it requires a slight detour), was popular with locals and I enjoyed it too. I especially recommend trying the swing ride. After touring the island, the other facilities weren't particularly noteworthy, but the coastal drive offered splendid views. Finally, I went to Gacheon Daraengi Village. By the time I arrived, I was quite exhausted, and since it required descending a very steep slope, I was physically unable to go further. So, I just took photos from the upper parking lot. However, there's a viewpoint about 200 meters further that offers a panoramic view of the entire village. Therefore, if you're unable to go down, you can still get a full view from this observation deck. If you focus on these three locations, you can easily do a day trip from Busan by express bus and taxi charter. Boriam Temple was such an amazing place that I wondered why there aren't more bus tours available. The driver was also very knowledgeable about the local geography, which gave me peace of mind.

My friend and I have a great time with our driver, Mr Kim. He played great hospitality, sharing information with us, helping us to take pretty photos, Mr Kim is really friendly and nice. We had a good time in Namhae!

I wanted to visit Namhae and this was the best option since I don't drive and public transportation would be tricky to manage for all the spots I wanted to see. The driver was great, suggesting new stops and taking great photos. We communicated with Google Translate help. 6 hours was more than enough, I definitely recommend.

Mr. Kim is very professional and arrived on time. We took the 6 hour tour and it was just the right amount of time. we saw the places we wanted to see and he took us to a local seafood restaurant which was well staffed and excellent. my son can speak some Korean which was very helpful however, our driver easily uses Google Translate when needed. we would highly recommend hiring this service as he knew the best way to get to where we wanted. also impressed that he climbed up to temple with us!
