We cannot recommend this tour. Although it was scheduled for 4.5 hours, it was finished in just 2. Our guide, Tina, spoke very little and provided almost no narration. We were hoping to learn about the history, myths and legends of the sites, but very few stories were shared. After the tour, we reviewed the itinerary and realized several major destinations were skipped entirely: 1. Xiaoying Island: We were supposed to take a painted boat to the island for a 1-hour visit, but this did not happen. 2. Fish Viewing at Flower Pond: We are unsure if we even visited this location as there was no narration, despite a 30-minute allocation in the itinerary. 3. Turtle Pond and Zhuangyuan Alley: We were definitely not taken to these locations, which were supposed to take up to 2 hours of the tour. We are very disappointed to have only received about 45% of the promised itinerary.
