Car is clean and comfortable! Driver is punctual and friendly! It’s really convenient if you are bringing young kids and elderly around Hangzhou! The driver will send u to your destination, wait for you, and pick you at wherever location you needed!!!
If you choose this itinerary, you need to be very clear about the attractions you want to visit, because the driver doesn't offer much input. After visiting Leifeng Pagoda, we were suddenly informed that the driver had changed. Overall, it feels like it might be better and possibly cheaper to go with a group tour.
