To ensure a smooth entry into the park, please read the following tips carefully:
- If you encounter any issues preventing entry (e.g., due to a demagnetized ID card, carrying a temporary ID card, or not having an ID card), please immediately contact the customer service phone number in the text message for assistance.
- Please enter the correct ID number when placing your order. The scenic area uses a real-name system, with one tourist corresponding to one ID number. The same ID number can only be used to order one ticket on the same day. Duplicate ticket purchases are not allowed. If an ID number is used to purchase tickets repeatedly through different channels, ticket issuance may fail, or you may be unable to use your ID to enter the scenic area, which will affect your trip.
- Invoice Issuance: Please search for the official platform "涠洲岛景区" on WeChat, click on More Services, select the "Issue Invoice" page, choose "Visitor" – "Non-Mini Program Purchase Channel," and then enter the relevant information as prompted on the page to issue a ticket invoice.
- Ticket refunds due to force majeure:
- Full refunds will be issued in the event of widespread ferry service suspension due to weather conditions.
- Due to fiber optic network outages or other failures on the island, ticketing is unavailable. A full refund will be issued, and passengers can purchase tickets independently upon arrival.
