• Pick-up and Drop-off Service Area: Free door-to-door pick-up and drop-off at hotels within Yangshuo County (some guests may need to walk to the nearest meeting point for pick-up; please consult customer service for details). If you need to travel to areas outside of these, additional fees will be incurred, and the specific amount will be communicated and confirmed by our customer service after your order is confirmed.
• Schedule: The group tour departs around 7:00 AM and generally concludes around 6:00 PM, after which you will be dropped off back at your hotel or the original pick-up point. We will reconfirm the meeting time with you the day before your trip. Please arrive at the meeting point 10 minutes before the scheduled time.

Tours depart with a minimum of 2 people. A 5-seater, 7-seater, or 9-seater vehicle will be arranged based on the number of participants for the current tour.

Important Tips for Yulong River Double Bamboo Rafting: I. Safety and Health Restrictions (Applicable to all raft types)

1. Pregnant women, individuals aged 70 and above (including 70), those with heart disease, coronary heart disease, high blood pressure, alcoholics, and individuals with mobility impairments are strictly prohibited from riding bamboo rafts.
2. Children over 1 meter (including 1 meter) must ride with an adult, and each child occupies one seat.
3. Please take good care of your personal belongings. If items accidentally fall into the water, you will be responsible for any losses.
4. Pets are strictly prohibited on the rafts.

II. Special Instructions for Double Bamboo Rafts

1. Weight Limit: Passengers with a single body weight exceeding 200 jin (100 kg) must charter the entire raft individually (priced as a chartered raft); the combined weight of two people must not exceed 320 jin (160 kg). Please be aware of this.
2. Riding Restrictions: According to scenic area regulations, pregnant women and disabled individuals are strictly prohibited from riding double bamboo rafts; children under 1 meter and individuals over 70 years old are not allowed to ride double bamboo rafts. Such visitors can choose to ride an 8-person bamboo raft or opt for a walking tour along the riverbank instead. If needed, please contact customer service in advance for coordination.
3. Fee Explanation: Double bamboo rafts are manually operated and require a minimum of 2 people to depart. If a single person rides, an empty seat fee must be paid.
4. The rafting duration is for reference only. The raft operators are managed by the Yulong River scenic area, and the actual rafting duration will be determined by the speed at which the raft operator paddles on the day of the tour.
5. For Yulong River double bamboo rafts, if a single guest weighs 200 jin, they need to charter the raft. The combined weight of two people cannot exceed 320 jin.
6. During holidays [especially Chinese New Year, May Day, and National Day Golden Week], the Yulong River pier may choose different rafting sections based on the crowd flow in the scenic area on that day. If the raft queue time is too long or tickets are temporarily suspended, you may switch to other equivalent attractions or receive a refund for the difference and opt for a walking tour.
