I had an amazing time sightseeing with great people in beautiful weather. Since the group was small, the driver also served as the guide. However, unlike what was mentioned in the reviews, there weren’t any detailed explanations. Since I had visited Mt. Fuji before, it was fine for me, but it might be a bit confusing for someone visiting for the first time. I chose the English option, but since most of the participants were Chinese, the English communication felt insufficient.

Today was good except for the chaos in the morning. Fortunately, my tour guide Xiao Hu informed me the night before. Today I saw Mount Fuji and the three lakes were also very beautiful. Today was a very happy trip.

Review for: Hakone Ropeway Cruise Experience Tour

The start of the tour was stressful. I was expecting to get a WhatsApp message one night before but received no message. Instead I got an email indicating the name and the phone number of the guide. We were at the meeting point at 8:00 am, there was a big crowd and many gogoday guides but unfortunately none of them were our guide. We waited till 8:40, tried to reach the guide via phone but the calls were not answered. At the end the driver called and found us. Although she tried to do her best the tour was guideless. I believe Klook has to refund me because of the stress we faced with.
