Me and my kids had Fantastic experience with our Private tour guide Shaz on 11/28/25, He was very efficient and coordinated our tour the day prior our trip, he was very punctual and showed up on time to our pick up location. He was friendly and easy to get along with giving us tips and ways on how we can spend our day productively. He walked us to our every destination and personally took our photos using his electronic to make sure we captured every memories. We had fun seeing the Mt.Fuji, And eating ice cream from lake kawaguchiko. He shared cultural history and religious traditions in temples and shrines. We appreciate Shaz for extending his effort and went out and beyond of what is of expected from him. We will surely use this service again on our next trip to Tokyo! we got hundreds of pictures taken by him and will surely keep those memorabilia. Sherry is the absolute GOAT! What an incredibly friendly guide, pro tip: talk to your tour guides/drivers and get to know them. we became fast friends and Sherry was so attentive to our every need. He took the MOST BEAUTIFUL pictures throuought each Fuji stop ensuring we got the best angle every time and was so patient with us. We told him we are Vegentarian and Pescatarian and he made sure we go the right cuisine for our dietary needs. Thank you Sherry! highly reccommend, 10000/10.

We had an amazing day with Sunny, from the moment we met him, he was kind, friendly, and incredibly knowledgeable about the local area. He clearly knew exactly where to go and—just as importantly—when to go, which made a huge difference in avoiding the crowds and making the most of our day. Sunny was especially accommodating for our family and was so patient in answering all of our 12-year-old’s many questions, which we really appreciated. It made the experience feel relaxed and personal rather than rushed. The car we travelled in was very comfortable and spacious, which made the journey between stops enjoyable. Some of the highlights for us were the beautiful walk through the forest leading to the torii gate with a stunning view of Mt Fuji, and exploring the ice cave—both were unforgettable experiences. If you get the chance, definitely include these in your tour. We highly recommend Sunny to anyone looking for a well-organised, thoughtful, and memorable day around Mt Fuji and Hakone!

Had great time with our guide, Sherry. He’s professional and suggested to leave at 6am to avoid the traffic and crowds. I’m glad we listened. He’s also so good with kid too. We felt a little rush (He never rush us) but we were able to visit all the places (It was about 5-6 spots) we want. Lunch place was awesome, my kid loved the food there. Me and my family had an amazing day visiting Mt Fuji south our drive/guide Malik. The tour started earlier with a hotel pick up at 07:00am as per Malik recommendation. The earlier pick up helped us to avoid the Tokyo traffic, making our way in trip to take only 2:15hrs. Sometimes with the traffic this travel can take long hours. It was also important to leave earlier because we arrived at our first and most beautiful stop (Chuteiro Pagoda) before 09:30am, allowing us to appreciate the Mt Fuji views without almost any cloud. Later in the day the clouds started to cover Mt Fuji, so take Malik’s recommendation and leave as earlier as you can. This made the entire difference in our beautiful photos. The car is super clean and well conserved, and Malik is a good driver. I recommend this trip with Malik for everyone who is looking to see Mt Fuji and visit the area without staying in a crowd or taking a group bus trip. We had japaneses food as lunch in the way back when we stopped in the lake

Sherry was very accommodating with our needs and requests. We even got to see the Chureito Pagoda which was extra. Even though we didn't see the fuji sign it was still a meaningful experience with all the places we went to. He knew where to take us to eat and got us to the matcha making class experience at Shikido. It felt like a first class experience with a private car. We will definitely book with Sherry again! I had an amazing trip today with Rana Hamza! The driver who took us around was super friendly, easy to deal with, and very helpful the entire time. He even took photos for us everywhere we went — without us asking — and made sure we captured the best memories. The places we visited were absolutely beautiful! Each stop had stunning views and fun experiences, and the whole schedule was smooth and well-organized. We truly felt like we saw the best spots without any stress or rush. Private tour of Mount Fuji was terrific, Rocky picked us up from our accommodation and took us to the best spots to see Fuji, it was a cloudy day but he was watching the weather and doing his best to get us to locations at the best times to see Fuji. We were traveling with our 12 and 9 year old and modified the itinerary of the day as it suited us with no issues. Rocky’s English and knowledge of Japan was great, he gave us many good tips for other places to visit. After the day we got dropped at our next destination, the traffic was bad, we were very greatful to be in the comfort of a private tour. Definitely recommend Klook tours and Rocky.

Had a pleasant time with my family on this 1-day trip to Mt. Fuji. Our guide, Farrukh was very friendly and patient.
