Four Points by Sheraton Shenzhen Guangming Hotel

The hotel is comfortable, the staff is kind, the dinner is delicious, and it is worth staying in. However, it takes about 15 to 20 minutes to walk to Blue Whale Square.

The room was very large, and I especially liked that there was a seat in the bathroom. The afternoon tea was a pleasant surprise. You can play billiards. The only downside is that the hotel is a bit far from the nearby shopping mall, about a 12-minute walk. It would be better if the hotel had a shuttle.

It's great, especially how quiet and comfortable the area around the hotel is. As for the hotel facilities, the bed was particularly comfortable, but the pool was still closed. Dinner was delicious.

A brand new hotel with clean and comfortable environment and rooms, complete gym facilities, attentive service attitude of hotel staff and good food quality. The only problem is that the hotel is in a remote location. There are only construction sites around the hotel. It takes 5 minutes by Didi to get to the nearby large shopping mall. The hotel swimming pool is not open. But overall, the price/performance ratio is still very high. If your goal is to spend a relaxing and comfortable weekend, this is a good choice.

The hotel opened in 2025, so the facilities and environment are very modern. The location is a bit out of the way; you'll need to take a taxi to reach the subway station and shopping malls.

Overall, the hotel is comfortable and clean, but the transportation is relatively small from the subway station. It is worth mentioning that the breakfast is very rich and tastes delicious.

So disappointing! I was really looking forward to a fun Christmas trip. The package I bought clearly stated it included ski passes for the day of check-in, but when I got to the ski resort, I couldn't redeem the tickets. The taxi ride from the hotel to the ski resort was 40-45 minutes. The hotel said they had purchased the tickets for us, but when we arrived, we couldn't enter because there was no information. We had to keep calling the hotel and the ski resort to check why there was no information, wasting a lot of time. In the end, it couldn't be resolved, and we had to buy tickets immediately to enter. After being a customer so many times, this time I'm truly disappointed.

The hotel is new and clean, but the staff training is inadequate, and the foosball table is missing a ball. During breakfast, the corner of the table was very sharp and pierced my pants, although they immediately fixed it. It was indeed a bit dangerous.
