- Regarding Accommodation: Default room arrangement is a hotel twin room, with two adults per room. This tour does not offer room sharing. If you are traveling with an odd number of adults, please be sure to purchase one "Single Room Supplement." A single traveler will be assigned a room individually. For three adults traveling together, purchase one additional "Single Room Supplement" to arrange for two rooms.
- During group tours, please arrive at the agreed-upon meeting point at the time specified by the tour guide. Please do not be late, so as not to delay the itinerary of other tourists. If you are unable to join the tour due to lateness, you will be responsible for the consequences. Thank you for your understanding.
- During peak tourist seasons or other special circumstances, the departure time may be earlier to ensure your itinerary is not affected, which may prevent you from enjoying the hotel breakfast as usual. We recommend that you coordinate with the hotel to pack breakfast or prepare your own breakfast. Thank you for your understanding.
- During the actual itinerary, the tour guide may make appropriate adjustments to your itinerary based on weather, traffic, and other conditions (such as adjusting the order of attractions) to ensure the smooth running of the itinerary, without reducing the number of attractions. If the original itinerary plan cannot be executed due to force majeure or other factors, we will refund any overpayment or charge for any shortfall caused thereby. Thank you for your cooperation.
- During group tours, tourists may not leave the group or tour without the tour guide's consent during non-free activities. With the tour guide's consent, you should sign a departure liability form and ensure personal and property safety during this period. Any uncompleted portions will be deemed as your voluntary abandonment, and no fees will be refunded for itinerary items where actual losses have occurred.
