Make Your Own Japanese Knife (Sharpening and Engraving) in Tokyo

Very interesting experience. It was a lot of fun. The staff was very competent. The knife is a nice souvenir.

13-year-old wanted to do this, and was able to follow along and finish. Staff was great in both English and Japanese. Did final sharpening/polishing of a provided blade and burned writing/art onto the wooden handle.
