tendency to discourage more specific perm or perm that would required more skills and time by recommending other styles using the reason condition poor etc. feels inexperienced and like maybe only skilled with young people hair. hair cut ok but wouldn’t say great. if you are looking to do a specific curly perm maybe go else where who knows how to make it happen for all hair type and age.
