For Bike / Scooter / Segway
- Participants should be able to ride a bike comfortably. The operator reserves the right to refuse service if the customer cannot ride a bike safely, and no refunds will be issued
Other Reminders
- Please come at the meeting point at least 15 min before your departure time
- Latercomers or no-shows cannot be refunded
- For safety reasons, we ask that all pregnant women refrain from participating.
- If your riding causes damage to the bicycle (such as damage to the side stand or frame), we may charge you for the repair costs, depending on the circumstances.
Prohibitions & Limitations
- Participants who appear intoxicated may be refused service. In this case, no refunds will be given

- You'll get confirmation within minutes. If you don't see any confirmation, reach out to our customer support.
Cancellation policy
- You'll get a full refund if you cancel at least 24 hour(s) before the activity date (destination local time)
- In case of unforeseen events or extreme weather, the operator reserves the right to cancel the tour. If this happens, you have the option to reschedule or request a full refund
- If you've participated in at least one activity, visited at least one attraction or used one of the tickets, refunds can't be issued
- Refunds or amendments can't be issued if: Participants arrive late or don't arrive at all
- Refunds can't be issued for any participants who are late by 5 minutes or more
Booking changes policy
- Change are allowed until 24 hour(s) before activity starts
- The booking can’t be changed if it was booked with Klook Pass, under pre-sales or comes with a freebie.
- The booking cannot be changed if the voucher has not yet been issued.
- Bookings made using SG Culture Pass or Taiwan Culture Points cannot be changed.
