It was a fun tour. Our tour guide Elnaz, the participants and the photographer were all very friendly. It was nice that we were able to view the Snow Festival freely. The view from the observation deck was also amazing.

🌟 is 0. It's the worst❗I went to the meeting place early in the morning, but the time and place were changed two days before departure, and I only received a message on Kakao, so I didn't notice and couldn't participate on the day. The phone number listed on the day was not connected, so I chatted with the Klook help desk, but they couldn't find the cause. If the departure is changed two hours before, I would like Klook to contact me as well. Apparently the tour company did not contact Klook about the change.
