A great experience, Rin was a great presenter and Riku was an amazing chef! The lessons/presentation was very fun and engaging. And we learned how to make multiple types of sushi under the professional techniques of Riku. We also got to eat a variety of different high quality fish that were very delicious. They made it very easy to learn how to make sushi along with some history on sushi!
