San Francisco Alcatraz App Guided Tour with Cruise and Jail House

The best ever experience @ San Francisco!!! Booking is very easy, cancellation and refund is hassle-free since I need to update my itinerary & rebooked again to another date, ferry ride is only a few minutes and very safe, tour inside the prison got audio guide which the guests can follow complete with history & trivia and in different languages, they even offer printed guide in different languages also, the entire island is very interesting to explore, all-in-all, highly recommended!!!

The boarding time is very clear and on time. The tour guide on the island has Chinese commentary, which allows you to better understand the situation in the prison! The boat is spacious and has food for sale. This trip is worth recommending!

Don’t buy tickets on Klook! It’s twice the price compared to buying them directly at the Pier 33 counter. It’s the exact same tour and experience. Save your money and just get your tickets at the pier. For the tour. All the staff are very nice

Interesting and convenient package tour, which can save a lot of queuing time. You can book it one day in advance, which is very convenient for people who are not sure about the itinerary.

You will get the QR code on the day, so don't be afraid. I will prepare seasickness medicine for my children, you can refer to it.

This place is good for History lovers.. There is smell of bird droppings around and it can become irritating sometimes.

The ferry tickets booked by the supplier may be different from the time you choose. Please pay attention to the email notification one day before the trip. Many areas on Alcatraz Island are not open and cannot be explored freely, which is a little disappointing.

I bought an audio guide, entered the app, and entered my reservation number, but they said that there was no reservation. I gave up and went in, and they lent one to everyone for free. It was a Japanese-speaking model. I feel like I was forced to buy an audio guide that didn't exist. I would like a refund. At the Musee D'orsay, I was forced to buy it at my own expense. I think it would be safer to just buy the admission ticket and buy the guide yourself on site.

Buying tickets on-site was half the price of buying them through the app, even though it was for the same ferry crossing. There was no clear guidance for app bookings once I arrived. I'm very disappointed to have experienced this.
