Reviews
We went to the meeting point because we had a six-year-old child. The receptionist said that children definitely need a car seat. Luckily, we had rented a car and also rented a car seat, so we asked the receptionist. She said it was okay to use it, otherwise we might not be able to get on the vehicle. This place is amazing, a must-visit if you go to New Zealand.
This itinerary is highly recommended! The scenery along the way is absolutely beautiful. Depending on the situation, there will be stops where you can get off to take photos and use the restroom. Before the vehicle arrives, you can exchange your tickets at the visitor center. You can also purchase a buffet or bento box for the day on-site at the visitor center.
New Zealanders are so friendly. The driver is very polite and responsible. The driving is safe and the introduction is detailed. The bus is also very new, with large landscape windows and very comfortable to sit on. Milford Sound is also beautiful and highly recommended.
first time going to Milford sound . scenery was beautiful. we bought the pass with the buffet lunch. good variety for meal time provided .
Although the weather was very bad, with heavy rain and fog, the waterfalls in Milford Sound were still spectacular. The buffet on the boat is delicious
Really a sight to behold, an absolute stunning day to do this trip. The waterfalls, the sheer cliffs, the wildness of this part of the world was just spectacular. Very reasonable you priced and well worth every cent. I think every NZer should see this wonder of the world, should be compulsory. AAA+
I enjoyed the bus ride to Milford Sound as Gabe, our driver and guide, was so entertaining and knowledgeable in his commentary about the places we visited. Beautiful stopovers that are Insta worthy. And of course the ferry ride at Milford Sound was the icing on an already lovely cake.
The tour guide's explanation was very clear, making for a very fulfilling day.
Excellent trip as well, though I personally preferred doubtful sound. The boat and crew were fantastic and timing of the ride was just right. Beautiful scenery too.
As the booking date was affected by the weather and the road was closed, Southern Discovery personally notified the day before and arranged to participate the following day. Although it rains almost all day and the scenery is black and white and gray like Chinese landscape paintings, it is beautiful along the way and the coach is very comfortable. The driver has been very professional in introducing the scenery and local information and parking at several attractions for photos. The sea itinerary is also beautiful, and buffets are also available. Satisfied with the arranged taxi transfer to the hotel. Klook's QR code is very convenient.
