Location: Rather remote. I took the subway to Gusu Station Exit A as instructed, but I couldn't see the hotel at all. So I took a taxi to the hotel, but it took a detour of 7 to 8 kilometers and the fare was more than 20 yuan. I never thought it would be so far. Check-in: The front desk was very professional and helped us through the formalities quickly. Room: Overall comfortable and satisfactory, the electric toilet is particularly convenient. Meals: Dinner was rich, especially the seafood hotpot, which included: Qinglong oysters, lobsters, abalone, razor clams, and another dish of Buddha Jumps Over the Wall + giant grouper + goose feet in abalone sauce, which was really too much. There were also many other hot pot ingredients such as barbecued sashimi, lamb chops and various hotpot ingredients. I especially liked the variety of pastries. The breakfast is also very rich and the meal is very satisfying. The surrounding environment is high-end residential area, and there is a lack of shopping malls.
The hotel's location is a bit out of the way, requiring taxi transportation. Check-in at 3 PM was crowded and disorganized; a queuing system should be implemented. KiKi at the front desk provided excellent service, proactively offering suitable family-friendly arrangements, which is commendable. The room was spacious and clean, and the indoor pool was also nice. I personally think the afternoon tea at the executive lounge is better than happy hour, with a variety of cakes available. The lounge does not offer spirits or sparkling wine, and the staff is not attentive enough, requiring guests to ask for a new bottle of red or white wine, and the white wine was served at room temperature. However, there weren't many guests, making it suitable for people who enjoy tranquility. Overall, the value for money is quite good, and I would visit again.
Celebrating a birthday 💓 It was a good experience. It would be even better if the lounge food had more variety or diverse flavors (we don't like spicy and fried food 🙈) ❤️ The complimentary cake was delicious 💐💐 and we got upgraded, thank you 🌹
The hotel staff provided excellent service, and the rooms were spacious and comfortable with a separate wet and dry area in the bathroom. We purchased an additional buffet dinner package, and the hotel was able to arrange seating for us. The desserts at dinner were outstanding, and there were also extra inclusions such as lobster, coconut, caviar, and Tiramisu. This package also includes a travel photography service, which requires booking one day in advance via WeChat. 😊
Our family was extremely satisfied with this staycation. The service quality was excellent for the price, and it included breakfast and dinner buffets, making it very cost-effective. The food quality was also ok. Among hotels in a similar price range, this is the best I've stayed at. I'm very satisfied and will stay again next time. ???????????????????? I would also like to thank a staff member, Mr. But Yeh Hau, for his courteous hospitality.
The room was clean, spacious, and comfortable, although the view was just average. The location isn't right next to the subway station, but calling a car solves that problem. Food and beverage-wise, both breakfast and the buffet were abundant. We happened to check in when there weren't too many guests, so dining was very comfortable. The restaurant and hotel staff were all polite. A young man at the restaurant called Chang Ge Xing was very polite and deserves a special mention in this review! It would be even better if the mini-bar was complimentary, it would definitely enhance the experience.
This is my second stay in this hotel within two weeks in March. I am very satisfied. The front desk staff, the chef and the staff in the restaurant recognized us and took the initiative to greet us. They were very warm and made me feel like I was back home. As for food, I was very satisfied with the buffet dinner. The Chinese dim sum, chicken feet and spare ribs for breakfast were delicious and the food was very rich.
The front desk staff was very polite at check-out. It's a 20-minute walk from the hotel to the subway station, but only a 5-minute drive. I booked a ride online, but it didn't show up. Luckily, the front desk called a taxi, but unfortunately, it didn't show up either. Fortunately, a female colleague at the front desk was very enthusiastic and immediately arranged another taxi, allowing us to arrive smoothly, kudos!! Also, as it was a birthday celebration, thank you to the hotel for arranging the decorations and delivering a delicious cheesecake in the evening, which gave our birthday elder a wonderful memory. The accommodation was also very clean. The only downside was the general quality of the food; surprisingly, there was no wonton noodle soup for breakfast or dinner, and the seafood wasn't very delicious! I hope the hotel will improve after reviewing this!!!
After the craze, the hotel returns to tranquility. The executive lounge and restaurant environment are very comfortable, truly enjoying the quality of service provided by the hotel. The front desk provides complimentary room upgrades with large, single-sided floor-to-ceiling windows offering expansive views. The lounge menu changes, so it won't be boring.
The room was spacious and clean, and the staff were polite, leaving a good impression. The location isn't close to the subway station, but you can call a car to solve that problem. The dining was a pleasant surprise, with free-flowing red and white wine at the dinner buffet, while the seafood and sashimi were standard. The comfortable environment makes it a good choice for dining with friends and family.
