What to expect
Our signature dish is the charcoal-grilled bird made from the famous Nagoya local chicken variety "Nagoya コーチン". The fresh ingredients and the unique aroma of charcoal fire are blended together. It is a specialty of Nagoya! Warm "boiled tofu", a perfect match with Japanese sake, etc., and there are also a variety of selected menus, such as "eel grilled with dipping sauce" and "fantasy handmade meat skewers", all made with high-quality raw materials
