Regarding the food, the salmon sashimi and the cold platter's prawns were quite good. However, the other hot dishes were very mediocre. You had to wait in line for the steak, and the meat quality was average. The baked crab gratin was cold, I don't know how long it had been sitting out. The spicy sea cucumber was in tiny,碎碎 pieces. The ice cream had that cheap, sticky texture. The high price is probably due to the 43rd-floor high-altitude view. The waitstaff provided good service and cleared plates promptly.
