Even though I already purchased a ticket online, they made us line up outside (during winter) and inside. After you get in past the security, you'll have to present your online ticket to get a paper ticket. Took us about 30 minutes just to get a paper ticket. Make sure to allocate a lot of time when you visit.
Convenient to buy the tickets online. You can even buy it on the day. However, will need to redeem the tickets on the underground floor. The Klook price is exactly the same as the official price, no mark up. You can choose to buy the ticket at the entrance if you prefer.
Many floors of fun here - the gems/rocks/minerals was definitely the highlight for me! I highly recommend the free guided tour as well, it takes you through some of Floor 1 as well as Floor 4, and makes the huge museum a bit more digestible.
The American Museum of Natural History is well known for Night at the Museum. The animal exhibits are like a scene cut out of a living thing, so you never get bored of looking at them. It would take a day to see everything, but if you just want to see the main attractions quickly, you should be able to do it in about 2 hours. In fact, that's the limit if you have children. I went around 3:30 in the afternoon, and there were not many people, so I was able to go around comfortably. After purchasing the ticket on Klook, I was told that I needed to make a separate reservation to enter, but when I went, I was able to enter with just the QR code on my Klook voucher.
The Museum is full of interesting exhibits that look like it will come to life like the Night at the Museum movie. Four floors of exhibit to walk through and explore, would probably require half a day to see it all. Overall, quite a cool experience.
A must-visit! So many exhibits, interesting on all floors. Glad we went. Buying a ticket on Klook is probably only worth it for the points, as you still wait in line.
Facilities: Everything was worth seeing, and I entered in the afternoon, but there wasn't enough time, and there were floors I couldn't see. Ease of booking with Klook: Booking is easy and I'm very happy that there's a discount. However, I didn't know that I had to exchange the voucher for a ticket at the entrance, so I had to line up again when entering. It may have been written, but it would be better if there was a slightly clearer explanation.
Amazing place! You just need to visit the 4th floor to see all the dinosaurs. Doesn’t matter if you are young or old, everyone is going to have fun there.
