First, the location: the most direct route is to walk straight out of the second floor onto the street, and the hotel's main entrance and check-in are right there. Second, the room: the wood-themed feel is very comfortable, especially the mattress which provides excellent support. The shower water pressure is a little low, and the toilet is too high, but everything else is great. They even provide body lotion in the amenities, so ladies just need to bring their own facial cleanser and cream. Additionally, regarding dining, I originally ordered a set menu, but many of the options were unavailable, which was quite disappointing. The only thing I actually ate that was outstanding was the beef tongue; the rest was nothing special. I recommend not buying the set menu and just ordering à la carte when you arrive, as it doesn't make much of a price difference. Finally, in terms of the staff, from the initial check-in to the employee who brought the earplugs to the room, the attitude was just so-so. For a hotel in Shenzhen costing over a thousand yuan per night, especially a Japanese-style hotel, this level of service really needs improvement.

Great value for the price, and the rooms are clean. Hotel Location: Convenient, right next to Donggualing Station (about a 10-minute walk). There's a park nearby. Breakfast: Lots of options, with made-to-order noodles, vegetables, fried eggs, and fried dumplings. Very good! 👍

Staying at the MUJI hotel for two days and one night with my dad was wonderful. The environment is comfortable and features a restaurant, a reading corner, and a fitness room. It offers a tranquil setting amidst the hustle and bustle, with UpperHills mall right downstairs. The food at the hotel restaurant is quite good, and purchasing a package deal online makes the price even more favorable.

I booked a room for two consecutive nights, but I don’t know why the platform made two separate reservations, but it did not affect my use. When we got to the room, we found that it smelled like cigarettes. We were quickly moved to a new room with the help of the front desk. The front desk was also very attentive and asked the housekeeper to confirm that there was no cigarette smell in the room before giving it to us. Go up to the room. Although it took some time, changing to a room that didn't smell like smoke was very important for people with nasal allergies. The package includes breakfast and dinner, the taste is good and the environment is comfortable and quiet. If you don’t just want to eat and buy, you can book a room at Muji, because the Muji Hotel is located in Shum Yip Uptown. The shopping mall has a flyover connecting to Lotus Hill Park. There are many grassy areas in the park where you can have picnics, fly kites, etc. It is suitable for both young and old. , you can visit for a day, and the toilets in the park are sufficient and clean (during the week, not on weekends). There are also two ponds in different locations. There are many larch trees on the edge of the smaller one. It attracts many tourists at dusk. Take photos and check in to play, the scenery here is beautiful and pleasant in autumn. What’s even more surprising is that there is a Meituan drone takeout service on one side of the park. If you get hungry after visiting the park, you can order drone takeout. It’s really convenient! The park is located between three subway stations. We started from Shum Yip Uptown (Donggualing Station) and walked most of the park to the Children's Palace Station, where we could browse in the bookstore or have afternoon tea. It is recommended to stay at Muji Hotel.

very nice hotel and next to the venue there's a huge shopping mall and park to go visit! the breakfast choice is normal but the lunch is a feast!
