The private car charter went smoothly. The driver was kind and tried his best to meet our needs. We went to many places and introduced the beautiful scenery. He also informed us in advance if there was a possibility of overtime. He was very considerate of us.
it was a good experience especially for us since we travelled with an infant. just a disclaimer the driver didnt speak english at all but it was fine. just expect that like other tours the time per area was very limited because the travel was a bit far. still had a good experience.
Mr. Liang, the driver and tour guide, was excellent. His travel suggestions were very practical. Even though we went overtime by an hour, he only charged us for 30 minutes. Because the service was so good, we gave the driver an extra tip for his hard work. The car was very comfortable, the ride wasn't bumpy, and we could use the restroom at any time, which is highly recommended. Before, when I participated in other day trips, it was difficult to use the restroom. The recommended restaurants were also delicious! Very impressive~

My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our private tour! The guide was very knowledgeable and shared with us a lot of information (not only those relating to the tour but also as to general life in Japan). He also drove very safely and smoothly - so no complaints from us at all. The guide spoke Mandarin Chinese and if you cannot understand the language, you may not be able to communicate as well with the guide. That said, if your intent is to merely be ferried from point to point (without the need for information from the guide), I think this package would still work wonders for you.
The driver was very friendly. Our lobby was on the 15th floor. He would come up to the lobby to help us control the time and carefully confirm the itinerary with us.

- 7-seater Toyota Alphard or equivalent. If no child seats are used, it can accommodate up to 6 passengers (including children) + 2 standard luggage.
- 10-seater Toyota Hiace or equivalent. If no child seats are used, it can accommodate up to 9 passengers (including children) + 10 standard luggage.
- 14-seater: Toyota Hiace or equivalent. If no child seats are used, it can accommodate up to 13 passengers (including children) + 6 standard luggage.
- 22-seater: Toyota Coaster or equivalent. If no child seats are used, it can accommodate up to 21 passengers (including children) + 5 standard luggage. Kind reminder: If there are 6 larger-sized people in the passenger group, it is recommended to choose a 10-seater model to ensure a more comfortable ride and enough space for luggage.
Luggage details: Standard luggage size: 36 cm x 25 cm x 53 cm. Large luggage will be regarded as 2 pieces. If the maximum number of people or luggage capacity is exceeded, the guest will be responsible for the cost of failure to board. Precautions
- This vehicle can only be driven within 100 kilometers of the departure hotel in Nagoya City and within 300 kilometers outside Nagoya City (if the itinerary is not in the same area, such as Shirakawa-go + Takayama area, an inter-regional service fee will be charged).
- The total duration of the chartered service is 10 hours, and 8 hours for starting or ending in a different place; the service time available is 07:00 - 20:00. It is recommended to arrange the departure time reasonably so that you can fully enjoy the attractions.
- If the service time exceeds 10 hours (including delays due to traffic jams, etc.), an overtime fee will be charged: Vehicles with 10 seats or less: JPY 5,000 per hour of overtime Vehicles with 14 seats or more: JPY 10,000 per hour of overtime
- Departure time can be based on passenger needs
- Please note: The driver will only speak Chinese or Japanese, or can correspond in English using translation software.
- Children and infants also occupy seats (child seats are not mandatory), and child safety seats occupy approximately 1.5 adult seats.
- The supplier can provide up to 1 free child safety seat. If you need additional child seats, please pay the child seat fee when booking.
- The supplier will send you the driver information 1 day before departure (provided at least 3 hours before the car is used), please pay attention.
- Please wait for the driver in the hotel lobby at least 10 minutes in advance.
- The pick-up and drop-off points are in hotels or B&Bs in Nagoya city (a deadhead time will be reserved for the driver for pick-up and drop-off in different places, or additional fees will be required).
