The driver and his service is good. The car is clean.
I paid more to sign up driver to shunde. it cost $70 more than within Guangzhou. I thought it will cover the trip to shunde. but 100 km doesn’t ever covered the distance from Guangzhou to shunde. it cost another $30 more. good trip but definitely over priced. not recommended
We had a very old car, didn’t expect that at all. Driver was also spitting all the way out of the window, had weird questions all the time, and couldn’t take instructions well. Getting a didi had better vehicles and even water, this had nothing. Using this to travel to Shunde definitely means you have to pay for extra mileage for sure, as 100km is definitely insufficient. Lastly, being charged for the driver’s 2 meals totally RMB60 which I didn’t remember reading in the small prints. Will not recommend! Made me click at least 1 star before I can submit, I didn’t even want to give a single star.😡
I thought the supplier would at least contact the traveler the day before, so I could communicate with the driver about the departure time and itinerary. As a result, I had to negotiate with Klook myself, which took a lot of time. The supplier was not proactive at all, which was a bit disappointing.
