Good environment, good service, not many food choices. The chef is enthusiastic and makes handmade pasta and fried chicken steak by himself.

Service: Needs improvement, they don't have straws for cold drinks. The seat was right in front of the air vent, but the server said the central air conditioning temperature couldn't be adjusted.

I went to pick it up several times but they said the sashimi was not thawed properly. I thought I could have a good meal. The Ritz Carlton in Hong Kong is much better. I was very disappointed this time. The only beef shank I felt was the best (photo attached)!
